Sugar Skull

I wanted to be a little more festive this year ,more than usual, so instead of just doing a Halloween look, I decided to celebrate "Dias de Los Muertos" by trying out a sugar skull as a makeup look. Mean Green Make-up Tutorial

Cotton Candy Anyone?

I used NYX JUMBO eyeshadow pencil in milk to make the colors vibrant. I then used a sky blue (Tease)and raspberry color (Wildflowers)from L.A. colors palette. Golden bronzer for my cheeks. My lips has Princess by Buxom on them.

Mid-NightClub Blue

This is a silver and midnight blue look with black pencil eyeliner to trace the lower inner eyelid. The lips are Sophia by Buxom.

Hi, ladies and gents!
Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm coming to yo with a make up look that my lovely cousin allowed me to apply. Thnx girlie!

The shadows I used where from the Urban Decay UD <3 NY palette. I used Maui Wowie (shimmery gold) in the inner corners. On the lids I used Psychedelic Sister (purple) and a little of Rockstar (dark purple) for the outer part of the lids. Then I proceeded to blend Maui Wowie into PS. Then blended Rockstar into the creases. To highlight under the brows I used a shimmery white from L.A. Colors EP24 Unforgettable palette. It resembles Uzi minus all the glitter. I double winged her eyes with wet n wild mega liner liquid liner (FYI My fav liquid liner). Then I used Ransom to line her lower lids. On her cheeks I used golden Avon bronzer. Wish I could tell you what the name of it is...but the words smudged of the package...lol! Last but not least I used burts bees lip balm then E.L.F. lipstick named Gypsy. I hope you liked my look. My 1st blog post!
Hi everyone! I'm new here to blogger. I'm here to begin my make-up journal. The reason I decided to start a make up page is I was having some trouble with deciding what I wanted to do with my life. I personally can't see myself sitting at a boring desk for the rest of my life. I know I had to do something that would keep me interested or I wouldn't go through with it. I sat down and thought long and hard about it and I still didn't know what to do.
Every time I go out, I'm always complimented on my make up. I really like to do make up. So it finally dawned on me! Why not try to be a make-up artist. I don't consider myself the best, so I'm thinking how can I gain more experience. Then I thought why not make a blog and do different make-up looks and tutorial then have people critique me. While doing this I will also build my portfolio. Yeah, talk about killing 2 birds with one stone. :)
I'm very excited with starting this blog. This is only going to be the beginning. There is so much other things that I want to do. Hopefully this will help me progress. Thanks for visiting my blog and have a great day!
